  The coordinates, hiking elevations, and route maps displayed on Your Whim are compiled for illustrative travel guide purposes. Geographic parameters change due to rockfalls, weathering, or public pathway modifications. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of coordinates.

  National park hours, day-use reservations, and access permits (like the Discovery Pass or Cadillac Mountain permits) change seasonally. We are not liable for gate closures, reservation limits, or changes to ticketing fees.

  Hiking trails, canyon wading, and outdoor exploration in areas like Zion and Jasper involve physical strain and natural hazards. Users assume full responsibility for their physical readiness, hydration gear, and emergency signaling backups.

• 7. Eco-Ethics and Leave No Trace Code

  By utilizing our guides, you agree to follow responsible travel protocols, including: staying on marked pathways, carrying out all garbage, avoiding feeding animals, and observing safe distances from predators and marine wildlife.

  These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in White Plains, NY for the resolution of any disputes.
